Drop In Play
We have 44 courts that are sectioned into 36 courts of first come, first serve play and 8 challenge courts. Our 8 Challenge courts range in play from intermediate to advanced, ensuring balanced, competitive, and enjoyable games for everyone.

Leagues
We offer seasonal leagues designed for both social and competitive players. League formats vary, but most seasons run for seven weeks and conclude with a playoff session. Each season wraps up with an awards ceremony, making league play both competitive and community-driven.
Leagues are discounted for members and open to all players.

Ladders
We love organized play at Pickleball Virginia Beach, and Ladder Play is one of the best ways to enjoy it. Ladders offer a structured, social format that lets players compete with a variety of partners and opponents while enjoying a series of quality games. We offer beginner level all the way up to high intermediate ladder groupings
Sessions typically run 2 hours and are guided by a PBVB ambassador. Games are timed, with teams moving up or down the ladder based on points scored, creating balanced and engaging matchups. Ladders are organized by skill level to ensure play stays competitive, social, and fun for everyone.
We offer multiple ladder sessions each week. Ladder play is $5 for members and $15 for non-members.

New Players
We love introducing players to pickleball and setting them up for a lifetime of fun, safe, and confident play. Pickleball Virginia Beach offers a variety of courses designed to help new players learn the game, build skills, and feel comfortable on the court.
Brand New Players
Our affordable introductory courses cover the basics — including core pickleball skills and the rules of the game — while creating a welcoming environment where players can meet others and start building their pickleball community.
Fairly New Players
For those ready to go beyond the basics, we offer extended sessions that dive deeper into pickleball fundamentals. Players learn additional skills, terminology, etiquette, and strategy, all while gaining confidence and continuing to connect with fellow players.

Private Lessons
Players seeking individualized performance improvement can book private lessons with one of our PBVB professionals. Coaches work one-on-one with players to identify goals and create a personalized plan designed to drive results.
Lessons can also be booked in small groups of two or three players. Please check your location for instructor availability and current rates.
